Kelsey Wodka, Psy.D., is a clinical therapist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Kelsey works from a strengths-based and collaborative approach to help individuals and families. Kelsey believes in balance with family work by helping the child or adolescent and involving the parents in the treatment in order to create lasting change within the family system. Kelsey is effective at working with individuals and families with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral problems, academic concerns, and parent management strategies. In addition, Kelsey is trained in health psychology. She incorporates health-related concepts in her clinical work such as improving sleep issues, diet and exercise, and management of chronic medical conditions. Kelsey provides psychological testing to help children, adolescents, and adults assess intelligence, learning abilities, academic concerns, ADHD assessments, and to clarify clinical diagnoses.
