Dr. Kelsey Wodka came and talked with us about how we can support our kids mental health. She talked about communication, between parents and children and within the multiple relationship as well. She also talked on the importance of self care, as parents we need to have our cup full to be able to help our kids. We had lots of questions and a great discussion!
